I bought 2 front doors for my SUV on eBay. Sam offered to ship them out even though the description says local pick up only. I live in CA so it'd be a long road trip. And I got to know I can't load these 2 doors on my car at once after receiving the doors. So he saved me in many ways. Sam and Lisa provided an amazing customer experience. I'm so happy that I had an opportunity to interact with them. I will definitely reach out to them when I need other parts.
Great customer service! Lisa went out of her way to assist me in getting the parts I needed for a nearly new truck. She was able to find parts that no one else could and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.
This place is seriously great kinda pricey but the saying goes you get what you pay for and they deliver great parts they will also show you pictures of the vehicle and videos of it running. Don is the man to go to he was super kind and understanding he helped me out the best he could on the price I bought a truck and the owner lied to me and I got a truck with a bad engine and with Christmas right around the corner money is tight already so Don came through and got me a great running engine for the best price he could he's the go to man!
3 employees were sitting on their desk at my arrival, and Don was the only one to respond to me when I said Hi.
And because that I accepted his help.
And I am very happy I did that because beside of having the best disposition to help, he has the acknowledge and customer service skill to made me feel welcome and get the stuff I need.

The service was unbelievable. I was received with kindness, and given clear instructions. The parts were organized. The system to get them is precise. The part I got from them was better than expect.
Don tried his best to help me find a spare tire for my newer Chevy which came with no spare tire.
Cody did a great job packing a Mazda CX-5 hood (extremely well) on a pallet and getting it shipped out on a Trucking company to me. Transwest Auto Parts gets the job done quickly and has very competitive prices. I highly recommend these folks!
